Express Delivery FAQ

What is Express Delivery?

Express Delivery is our fastest dedicated-server option: after payment, we provision a specific in-stock bare-metal configuration—usually within one hour—instead of a longer custom-build window.

How is this different from standard dedicated servers?

Standard dedicated offers a wider catalog and custom options with normal lead times. Express plans are pre-qualified configs we can turn on quickly when you need capacity today.

What connection do I get?

Each plan includes a dedicated network port (commonly 1 Gbit/s). Bandwidth terms are listed on the plan—many express configs include unmetered transfer. Additional IPv4 addresses are available on request.

Can I install my own operating system?

Yes. You get full control via root or administrator access. Popular Linux distributions and Windows are available at checkout; KVM/IPMI helps with reinstalls and recovery.

What if a plan shows out of stock?

Express inventory moves quickly. Pick another in-stock config, check back later, or contact sales—we can suggest a close match or notify you when similar hardware returns.

Is there a setup fee?

Some plans include a one-time setup fee shown next to the monthly price. Recurring billing is monthly in USD through our client billing portal.

Need help picking a config?

We can match CPU, RAM, location, and bandwidth to your workload.
